Delete your Candlio account
You can delete your Candlio account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it: from inside the app, or by emailing us if you no longer have the app installed.
Option 1 — delete it in the app (fastest)
- Open Candlio and sign in.
- Tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Read the confirmation, then type DELETE to confirm.
Your account and data are removed immediately and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.
Option 2 — request it by email
If you have already uninstalled the app, email lymin007@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Candlio account". We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted

What is kept, and for how long

Payment records are retained because tax and accounting law requires proof of transactions. They are held by Apple, Google and our billing provider, and are not used for any other purpose. Everything else is gone.
Things worth knowing first
- Deleting your Candlio account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel that separately in your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings, or it will keep renewing.
- Deletion is permanent. Your progress through the Academy, your trade history and your leaderboard placings cannot be restored, and signing up again with the same email starts from scratch.
- No real money is involved either way — Candlio uses virtual balances only and never holds funds.
